No idea how this happened but I'm panicking. Last year... I had a year membership and I thought I cancelled... and boom. I was charged.

This year... it happened again.

Effectively I'm out 400 dollars.

Last year I bit the bullet and sucked it up saying its my fault... ...but this year.... it happened again. I even cancelled my old card last year! No idea how it went thru again. I didn't know authorization from an old card stuck with a new one. We are on day 10 of a year long membership....

Can anybody from streamlabs help me?

Like was can I do? My rent bounced and I'm on a fixed income. Please help, I'm desperate!
