Hey! I've beaten the game twice now, and I am just kind of mixed up a bit on two of the endings. The one where Shifting Mound and Long Quiet leave together as gods, versus when they leave together as mortals.

Is the idea that if they leave together as gods, they continue the normal cycle of life and death/rejoin together? And if they leave as mortals, then the cycle of life and death doesn't happen? Or does it still happen, and these two beings just also get to live together.

R5: Showing the evil woman who ruined my run.

Sad times :( My Galactic Emperor robots could not defeat the even bigger and more powerful robot lady. I got close, but in the final push my ships just couldn't defeat her big flagship.

R5: I am curious how the First Contact for Fallen Empires works.

It's 4 months in. The close Fallen Empire I understand how they contacted me. But how could that farthest one possibly be close enough to contact me?
