High mileage TDI? What’s your score?
Made a post earlier but my picture didn’t post for some reason, but here’s my MK5 Jetta, I’ve had to do various things to this car over the years, only major stuff has been a flywheel and clutch pack for the tired DSG, I’ve put several sets of lifters in it, along with a few camshafts, a few years ago I put a pd140 on it when the stock turbo gave out, otherwise it’s just had routine maintenance, I bought this car with 187k on it, it is deleted with a stage one tune, I drive it to work 5 days a week, it has been such a great car, I feel it’s important to note that these are miles not kilometers there are many many parts on this car that are unbelievably original, notably things like the cv axles, the rear wheel bearings, all engine, and almost all transmission internals, that said it has multiple wiring gremlins, many I’ve just learned to live with, some things I’ve just disabled completely to keep them from being a nuisance, the ac, heat, heated seats and cruise control all work what more could a person ask for at over a half million miles
