Hailey Fernandez is squatting 95 pounds…

Am I the only one not impressed with squatting 95 pounds at 5’7” (especially as a “fitness/gym” influencer)? That's what happens when you are in a constant calorie deficit, btw

Edit: After a quick Google search, it's actually less than 95 pounds because a Smith machine bar usually weighs between 15 and 25 pounds, unlike a free-weight bar. So (25•2) +25 = 75 pounds at most.

Also, not trying to shade ppl on here squatting this weight. I am a strong believer, however, that at 5’7” at 21 years old, after being a GYM influencer for 3+ years AND going to the gym/blogging is your job, you should be moving a lot more weight

Last post I will make about this: Ayria “what I eat in a day” posted on 7/22/2026 calorie breakdown

Edit: I noticed some peeps are confused by my wording, I took screenshots of her meals from a singular video posted on 7/22/26 and roughly estimated how much cals she consumed in her “everything I eat in a day” vid. that was done to weigh in on the discussion that recently came up on tiktok and hopefully to shine some light on quite severe under-eating and overexercising done by some fitness influencers.

Total calories for that day
196+365+183+219+205+287=1455 cals

In that vid, she specifically mentions she does 10k steps a day (so that is roughly 170 cals) plus 30 mins on the stairmaster, let’s say approximately 250 cals, plus lifting let's rough estimate it to 160 cals.

So that brings total cals to: 1455-170-250-160=875….

As I mentioned in my earlier post about her today she ate the most food I’ve seen her eat in her “everything I eat in a day” vids (click today to jump to that post).

This post is what I am assuming her usual day of eating looks like…. But yeah, she is definitely not under-eating LOL

Ayria, what I eat in a day from 5/11 calorie breakdown (from the what I eat in a day vids she posts, this was the most amount of food I've seen her eat)

Edit #2: I noticed some peeps are confused by my wording. I took screenshots of her meals from a single video posted on 5/11/26 and roughly estimated how many cals she consumed in her “everything I eat in a day” vid. That was done to weigh in on the discussion that recently came up on TikTok and hopefully to shine some light on quite severe under-eating and overexercising done by some fitness influencers.

Due to a recent video I saw on TikTok of a bodybuilder calling out Ayria for how little she eats, I decided to track Ayria's most “abundant” what I eat in a day vid, where she ate the most amount of food I've seen her eat (it is still not enough in my opinion compared to how much she works out).
Total calories for the day
203+330+155+181+118+181+135+168+143
=1614 cals

Now let's incorporate a workout that day. She usually does 30ish minutes on the stairmaster; let's say 250 cals + moderate lifting, 40 mins; let's roughly estimate 200 cals (I honestly think it's more). I also would like to add that, in my opinion, I was being relatively generous when I estimated her portions, so in all honesty I think her total cals for the day are 1500 if not like 1450

So that brings the total cals for that day to: 1614 - 450 = 1164 cals.

Edit: I want to note again THIS IS THE BIGGEST AMOUNT OF FOOD I’ve seen her eat her “everything I eat in a day” vids…

What does she do? Shelby Sapp

I know she's married or engaged to Alex Eubank. I also know she sells a course on how to be a successful businesswoman. Basically, my question is: did she actually do anything to achieve any success, or is it one of those scams where they post about being successful without any proof and make money from selling a course? If someone can enlighten me, that would be greatly appreciated. I’m curious lol

The hair thinning is very noticeable now

What is going on? I know this is not my first post about Hailey, but I recently noticed how bad/noticable her hair thinning got; I've noticed it b4, but it wasn't that bad, in my opinion. I know she bleaches her hair a lot, so I am sure that plays a part as well, but the rest has to be due to poor eating habits. When are people going to wake up??? The first pic is from last week, and the second is from over a year ago. The difference is crazy

The hair thinning is real

What is going on? I know this is not my first post about Hailey, but I recently noticed how bad/noticable her hair thinning got; I've noticed it b4, but it wasn't that bad, in my opinion. I know she bleaches her hair a lot, so I am sure that plays a part as well, but the rest has to be due to malnutrition. This is what happens when ppl glorify influencers who clearly have an ED… When are people going to wake up???

I know I posted on here before about the influx of very thin fitness influencers and how harmful it is. I did notice another trend: fitness influencers who sound very uneducated or, to be quite frank, dumb when they speak on various topics. Ariel is one of those influencers. I used to be a follower of hers, but the more opinions she shared, the more I realized that she sounds veryyy uneducated. Like, you mean your body will digest Zaxbys? Wow, I did not know that… I’m not claiming to be the most studious/educated person.
