TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

The location I work at is so bad and I’m over it I’m already on indeed every and during my break.

2 people threw up in the bathroom today one person 3 times my size fainted because they hid that they were anemic and have hard times outside in the heat! I had to help carry them now my arm is bruised and hurt.

understaffed!

they're hiring back to back with no people to train the people

the trainers we have aren’t training them right so orders are getting made wrong, doing refund and remakes left to right

4 call outs a day no infraction

I just don’t understand how as an operator you could have such a disregard for your people and we do 50k days with some people having to do 2 positions struggling

IM TOO PRETTY FOR THIS

Shift rotation/ How long are you on a position?

Hey, I just stepped into management at my location and we’ve been getting a lot of people quitting bc of lack of rotation.

Typically how many times do you guys change positions at your location? Especially outside! Because I would like to make my setup for at least 2-3 hours people chnage.

My co team lead wants to do hourly on outside even on good weather days but I feel that’s too frequent especially on busy Saturdays/Thursdays
