How much should I be looking to spend for a 1000 sq ft 2 story ADU for construction only.
This would be for Tier 1 finishes - no custom finishes or high end materials.
Can it be done for $280k - $300k?

Hello all,
I was recently rejected from Achieve loans for a HE application - originally a HELOC because I have a new job and they require 1 year of established income to meet their requirements.
I am looking for any lenders who may be flexible with income requirements and would appreciate recommendations.
Before Trump was in office the city would cover street repairs regularly along with any street light concerns.
Now Trump cut federal funding for street safety and we have to pay the price for it.
What are we going to do?!
