I actually loved some of the bag he displayed today, and he seems athletic ash with a nice handle and good passing IQ. Has he just not gotten opportunity or is something holding him back?

I think an underrated aspect is the quiet time you get from it. I love alone time, and theres nothing like spending time with yourself through writing.

I think Jax comes back first, He helps Ribit and Caufmo, But i dont know who else. I hope Queenie is able to be brought back too.

You have one sentence to show someone your writing prowess. Which one would you choose?

What would you deem the Original you would promote to newcomers the most to convince them to join Quibble, and why?

For me, I would put the book immediately down or ask for a refund if I purchased it... but then what? I dont really want to make a stink to the workers there, who are just doing their jobs... maybe id bring sticky notes and mark it as AI on the inside cover??

Until laws are made that prohibit the use of AI without a clear indicator of its use, I dont know how I would make it known I was extremely upset. What would you do?

For me its the hero who is jaded after a loved one dies who finds a new family who re-lit the fire in them. Good stuff every time

Start chains of comments to craft ideas for books from a couple sentences, and add onto whatever idea you like

There have been quite a lot of discussion posts that aim to quantify what being a "good" writer is, but I wanted to challenge those who claim you need anything other than an idea to write.

I think in a medium so stories as writing is, people tend to forget that there are absolutely different standards and metrics one could have on what success means in this space.

As Quibble grows, I ask you to not make some arbitrary definitions or handicaps towards people's ability to write. There might be good ideas, whats worked before, but that might not work in every instance or for everyone.

I am a free form type of writer, but that comes from wanting everyone to write and enjoy that process. There are a lot of people who feel otherwise.

Quibble itself has standards, but lets not lose sight if the fact that like drawing, writing is a medium of ebb and flows, the standards being that of taste rather than objectivity.

More importantly, be kind to any and every type of question. Be intolerant to the intolerant, and be aware of what is objective fact and what your bias might be

For me, its whenever the main character is a very up beat person going up against odds that seem impossible, where that cognitive dissonance creates moments where the character caves into the pressure and their mask slips.
