Size help for someone who can’t return shoes </3

Size help for someone who can’t return shoes </3

I’m really interested in buying the new flowers mary janes that were released recently (in the pic) but I don’t know what size to buy
I don’t have a doc martens store in my country so I will be ordering it through an international mail shipping service so I won’t be able to return it if i get the wrong size

I’m usually size 37-38, I usually get away with 37.5 but they don’t sell half sizes unfortunately, would the shoes get looser if I buy 37 and it turns out they’re too tight?

I’m gonna mention my size in a few other shoes if it helps finding out what the better fit is:

converse: 37.5 and there’s a bit of room so I can do w 37 too
Puma palermo: 37
Nike: 37.5

Please help :((

Abscess drained, no sitz bath recommended?

Hi everyone, first I’d like to thank everyone writing their stories here, it’s the only reason i actually caught this in time (maybe not fast enough though)

Edit: forgot to mention these important points:
I’m a 24yo female, no conditions like ibs or crohn’s, bowel movements have been okay for the past two years, didn’t sit a lot, i work out; and I’m healthy

I had a perianal abscess, anyone wondering what the symptoms are like me: started as a pimple, not painful but a little sore and firm, grew in size then stabilized size wise around the third day mark, my mistake was thinking that if it doesn’t incredibly hurt then it’s not an abscess, i got a case of the tism so i thought the pain should be constant even when not aggravated, and so pain to touch/ when sitting/ walking didn’t register to me as incredibly painful

Nonetheless, got it checked a week later, turns out i also got cellulitis and have to go get it drained asap, so i had it drained in a routine I&D surgery

They packed it, and they change the packing every day, it’s been 3 days now, i was told it’s not a deep wound (2cms max) and would take a week to ten days to heal
The doctor on call that came to see day after my surgery (not my surgeon) told me that he’ll remove the packing and I’ll just go home and do sitz baths for a week and all will be well
I freaked out, told him my surgeon said there would be packing daily then every other day, and he said he’ll check with my surgeon

A few hours later he came back saying it’ll have to be packed daily for a week and i have to see the wound care clinic for that, all good on that part, then he told me i won’t need sitz baths because it’s packed, and when the packing is over with there would be no need for the sitz bath because it’s healed?

My question is, is this normal? What if I poop? do i just use a bidet?
Every other person on here has had sitz baths as a recommendation, hell even packing was in question for some people but never sitz baths, is this a normal course of recovery plan?

Also, I haven’t gotten my first BM yet, last one was Saturday, surgery was Monday (it’s Wednesday now)
I’m scared of using a bidet to clean when the time comes because of the pain and the pressure a bidet can cause, so words of encouragement is very much needed </3

Thank you all and wish me luck on my MRIs appointment to check for fistulas in a few weeks </3
