Is this pelvic floor related
Hi everyone been looking in this forum for a while, and I'd like to ask if this could be pelvic floor related i am 19 years old. In December of 2025, I had a random pain in my right testi well I was on vacation. At first, it was to the touch, mostly the lower part. Eventually it moved to my right side. The same issue. Eventually, more problems appeared with the testis, random shocks and twitching discomfort in the abdomen after sleep. This went on for many months. Over time, though, the pain in the testis moved to the perineum area to the right side as well. Now the testis doesn't usually have pain just some random shocks from time to time. In the prenum it feels like an over worked muscle a sore sometimes twitches but has recently calmed. Next during Victoria day long weekend I started having random stinging in my penis accompanied by urinary urgency needing to go to the bathroom all the time. This has been on and off since. I noticed foam in my pee but when doing a urine and blood test nothing shows. Also at night i may wake up to go once or twice usually a lot of pee to the point it gives me discomfort in my abdomen if i don't go. The last issue I've been dealing with is stool issues. I started having mucus in my stool like pooping out water for days. This fluctuates with constipation. Also very gassy stomach gurgling and farting a lot. This all happened at the same time as the stinging and urgency began.
For tests I have done so far I have ultrasound on the testis ultra sound on abdomen urine test blood tests a few stool tests and a lactos test.
So far nothing has happened. My family doctor just sits and smiles and tells me I am healthy. He referred me to a urologist (i am going to him next month) but he says it will likely just be reassurance. I also went to a gi and he told me to take metamuzal and eat better. My next appointment with him is in October.
If you think this is or is not pelvic floor related please recommend questions I should ask and tests i should have done i would greatly appreciate that and hopefully I can get on the right track to helping myself.
