Part replacement?

So I recently accidentally cracked a piece on action edition tfp optimus while trying to disassemble it to reach the battery compartment. Is there a possibility I could contact customer service to request a replacement(complementary or paid)? I know it’s a stretch but I’m obsessing over it and I’m just curious if there’s a solution.

TFP Blokees extra parts?

Does anyone know what the A3 5, A3 6, and two C8 9s are used for in the tfp optimus action edition model kit? I saw them in their sprews when I was checking the sprews before throwing them out and I dont see them mentioned anywhere in the instruction booklet.

Tfp Optimus and Megatron Teamup

Decided to try and replicate a shot of optimus and megatron from one of if not my favorite scenes from tfp with the apc toys knockoffs. I eventually gave in and settled on this shot, how’d I do?
