Public fenced area

I am looking for some fenced in areas available to the public that I can take my dog on the northish side of town. I'm over by the movie theater and was hoping there was something nearby that I don't know about, anyone know of a spot or two?

Found lost dog

I found a lost dog over by the tollefson apartments that has no tags on it. They are a mostly black and partly white dog. Anyone know who it might belong to?

EDIT: He has been dropped off at Missoula animal control and did not have a chip. Leaving it up for visibility but if you recognize him please let them know.
