Disappeared out of nowhere

edit: it was supposed to say appeared out of nowhere I don't know why it says disappear

I know that's SIM card but I do not have it and it just pop into existence. My phone functions fine but I just want to know what's up with this and will it go away

I would restart my phone but I have an app and it has a update that I'm trying to avoid because the update sucks tbh

I recently just noticed that on my account it has the little pro symbol and says that my thing will expire on the 29th even though I have never used any money on this app

I thought maybe somehow glitching the auto caption maker might have given me a 7-Day free trial thingy but I realize I've been using that for way more than a week.

I think this is just a glitch because I would probably got in an email or see this on my mail.
