Hey guys, recently been put with a provider and had my initial in person appointment set for last week, however i was offered a job trial on the day of this appointment and couldn’t attend.

Sent multiple emails and have tried to call my provider to discuss re booking this appointment with no success.

I am now on day 4 of my ‘you have 5 days to communicate with us otherwise your payment will go on hold’ and am starting to stress. **And yes i am aware that after 20 or so days you will be back payed and able to report again however i cant afford to wait that long.

Any suggestions would be appreciated thanks!
