Kith 990v4 Dusty Mauve. Had to grab these during my lunch break and lace them up immediately

Why do I keep getting this error? I’m in the US, this is my home WiFi and it meets download and upload speed requirements. I’ve reset my portal, signed out of my ps premium account and tried other networks like my iPhone hotspot that used to work and now doesn’t either. I also can’t stream older games either
