Dark Souls 2 First Run in my life. It`s interesting.

Hello.
I'm playing DS2 for the first time. My first Souls game was DS1, which was spectacular. At the same time, I was playing Elden Ring: Nightreign, without having played any of Elden Ring, and I still loved it. With DS1, I experienced the Souls game at its finest: dungeons, shortcuts, strategy for dealing with carefully positioned enemies, dying many times and learning from each experience, etc. And with ER: Nightreign, I learned how to fight. I honed my combat skills, which served me well for DS1, even considering its age.
DS2 has been a mixed bag. I love all the new mechanics, except for two: healing and the loss of the health bar. It's been very tedious, but interesting. And something I find peculiar is the broken heatboxes, as seen in the video. Against a boss that I could practically beat without hitting, I take two free hits because of the broken heatboxes, which is unfair. If it weren't for these minor issues, it would be an exceptional game. But I haven't really seen much of it, to be honest. I've only played two bosses, the Flexile Sentinel and the Dragon Rider. Incredible designs, but the experience is awful because of the heatbox. But so far, the pros are very interesting too, as is the torch system, the dual-wielding, and the few curious environments I've seen, which I've loved. It has a lot of potential. I'll see how it goes. Since I haven't played much, I can't give a general opinion on DS2, but it's certainly intriguing. Tell me you get more healing items throughout the game at least, haha ;=). I'm reading your advice. Thanks.
