Retractable Golf Sim Enclosure Opinions

Earlier this year I built a golf sim in one of my garage bays. Bought a cheap Anything Sports 8'x'8' enclosure. There are two doors that are behind where the enclosure is placed. That's where the HVAC closet and some storage is located. I need access to those doors often and when I do I have to move the sim enclosure out of the way. It is an added pain in the butt as each time I move the enclosure I need to readjust my projector. I want more of a one and done solution. I'd also like to have a slightly larger screen. A retractable seems to make a lot of sense as that would make it easier to access the closet doors rather than sliding the enclosure around every time.

The dimensions of that area are about 11' wide and 9'6" height to ceiling.

The two options I'm looking at are a custom setup from Gungo Ho or a Metech roller setup with a Spectrum Poly Spacer screen. Both are similarly priced and much cheaper than the Vanish 11 from The SportScreen.

I'd appreaciate any opinions and insight.

[WTS] Takomo Ignis D2 Driver Head, Brand New

Price: $200 plus buyer pays shipping cost to wherever in the USA. Will ship in the same Takomo box it was sent in.

https://imgur.com/a/takomo-ignis-d2-driver-head-wov7iBg

I received my replacement Takomo Ignis D2 driver head a couple of weeks ago.

I no longer game a Takomo driver and would like to sell the head.

It's brand new and still in the plastic wrap. All I have done is open the box to be sure all the contents are there.

9° Ignis D2 Driver head, with included head cover, felt bag with driver tool and extra weight. See attached pictures.

Assuming Takomo prices the new driver at the same price as the old D1 at $320, and see below regarding shaft pricing, that puts the value of the driver head at about $245. I am selling for $200 plus buyer pays shipping cost to wherever in the USA.

The Ignis D2 driver is not available to the general public yet. They are currently only available to previous Ignis D1 buyers. If you've been waiting for the new Takomo driver, here's your chance to get it before it's for sale to the public.

The obvious question: What about a shaft and shaft adapter?

I reached out to Takomo. Takomo does not sell the shaft adapter by itself. It is only included with a new shaft. Which you can purchase directly from Takomo. The OEM shaft options are:

Ventus Red 5 in Regular or Stiff

Ventus Blue 5 in Regular or Stiff

Ventus Blue 6 in Regular, Stiff, or X-Stiff

Takomo's price is $75 plus $20 shipping. So $95 dollars for a new shaft and adapter. These are OEM Ventus shafts and not the Ventus Velocore+ versions.

I think that's a fair deal plus who knows when the D2 driver will be sold to the public as these are not yet available to the general public. They are currently only available to previous Ignis D1 buyers.

I bought my driver in the fall of last year. I was getting back into golf after a 25 year layoff and didn’t want to spend $600 on a new driver. I really like the Takomo but I recently did a fitting and decided to go with one of the Max 10K drivers from one of the big boys.

So I decided to sell the Takomo. Then we got the email about the head and the replacement. I’m assuming we don’t have to send back the old head but I’m not sure about that. I also don’t want to wait until summer to get a new head and then sell the driver.

Does anyone know if we have to return the old head?
