I recently took over payroll for a small business. After requesting the section 125 plan from the broker, I discovered they never prepared one. They forgot somehow. So five months of pre-tax health insurance deductions were not governed by a plan. I’m still researching how to handle. Have you experienced this?

Is there a way to route nonbills through the Ramp approval process? Like payroll previews? Just to keep all approvals in one place
