I am Sanath, I have few doubts regarding accommodation for the France student visa. Could anyone plz help me in this.

I’ve started looking for accommodation, but I’m a little confused about one thing. Some people are telling me that, for the VFS visa application, it is possible to get an accommodation/lease contract for a certain amount (for example, around €200–€300) without actually booking the accommodation for the full duration, and that this contract can be submitted as proof of accommodation.i if you know any genuine contract provider plz let me know

Is this actually acceptable for the France student visa? Or is it better and safer to have a genuine accommodation booking.
