Hey r/Wix,

I am helping run a golf tournament fundraiser and I sell sponsorship packages (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Hole Sponsorships, etc.) on my Wix Studio site, using Wix Payments to process purchases.

Right now my sponsorship page just lists each package with a price and a description. I recently saw another org's site do something I really want to copy: each sponsorship tier shows a live claimed count, like: $1,000 Hole Sponsorship 2 of 5 claimed

So as sponsors buy in, the number automatically updates — "2 of 5 claimed" becomes "3 of 5 claimed," and so on.

What I'm trying to figure out:

• How do I track how many of each sponsorship have been sold? Do I need a CMS collection, or is there a simpler way?
• How does the count update automatically? For example, if someone buys a Gold Sponsorship through my site (or I manually mark one as sold), how does the "2 of 5 claimed" text update without me manually editing it every time?
• Is this something I need Velo for, or can it be done with just CMS, no coding?

I'm pretty new to Wix Studio, so if this requires Velo or coding, I'd appreciate pointers on where to start or any tutorials you'd recommend. Screenshots of your setup would be amazing if you've done something similar!
