White Powder in Amazon Fresh Bag
Ordered grocery delivery from Amazon fresh, one bag had this white powder at the bottom of the bag. Didn't order any flour or anything similar. Anyone know what this is?

Looking for some insights on best practices to organize and store data.
Right now I have a lot of dataframes based on what they are storing which are then saved and retrieved as csv files. I'm sure there is a more efficient way.
Edit : Thanks for all the responses. Looking into it so far it seems parquet and duckdb seems the way to go for current needs.
I recently got a used classical and it has some belly bulge behind the bridge, about 3-4mm. Bridge, intonation, and playability seem ok.
I've read 3-4mm can be ok since classical guitars can use lighter bracing. 6mm and up can be an issue. It's a mid grade concert level instrument. My older cheaper studio is rather flat.
Is this correct? Currently has normal tension strings. Will it be ok to put on high tension?
Now that fractional shares of etfs like VTI are readily available, does anyone have any data on what is more cost effective long term for periodic dca investing? An index etf vs index mutual fund, assuming same expense ratio.
Mutual funds are a known thing that settle at the end of day price. But for buying and automating VTI things are routed as market orders, so you are constantly paying the bid ask spread. And then it also depends on the order fill quality of your broker. Some are better than others.
I suspect mutual funds would be more cost effective long term, but the difference may be negligible. Would like to see actual data or proof one way or the other.
