I was as at the Utilita Arena event for the final and my god it definitely felt like a match going experience with our fans understanding the assignment in being the 12th player. Up the villa!!!!!!!
I know it's our first club final in like forever but seeing how far we've come after decades of misery and mediocrity to see ourselves in a European final just makes me more amped for the match than how stressed I was with the semis we've attended in the past. And seeing as we rarely are favourites in final matches the favouritism just gives me a confidence boost on watching this fixture than scared. UTV!!!! 💙💜

I understand that the offical version of the shirt has it so that the stripe isn't visible behind the number on the front but seeing that subside sports is in Europe and I'm UK based, the price of this version is cheaper than getting one from the US team shop itself due to tariffs and all that. But I'm not entirely too sure as I do want to get a version that looks close to what's shown on field. Should I just try and aim to get one from the States or stick to subside?

Yeah like I know that tomorrow's match against the spurs is a vital one due to it's ramifications on us staying in a champions league slot because of how rampant Brighton is with closing in on us. But the upcoming fixture against Forest is making me feel so stressed constantly after seeing how they lucked out on a penalty which means that the team is making it more harder on themselves come next week.
And again to add a extra layer of fear, this isn't like the psg quarters where we lost our first leg to them 3-1 so I had a bit of a acceptance phase when going to the 2nd leg which ended up being our best game of the season. But this one we're in is different as we're in 2nd leg of a semi final against a team that's in a relegation scrap for most of the year. This is the closest we are to winning a trophy in so long due to the circumstances. I do believe we will win this but bruuuhhhh I do have the worry that Villa will preform a Villa and not show up that night.
