Hi there!

I'm a freelance artist that takes commissions primarily though VGen. I'm in Australia so PayPal is pretty much my only option to get payments from international clients.

For about 2 weeks now no one can pay me. It doesn't matter if it's through the VGen platform, through Ko-fi or directly to my PayPal link. I've called PayPal directly and they've said there are no restrictions on my account so it must be a client issue, but it's happened to 6 clients in a row now and some have also stated that they can pay other people fine and just not me.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm really at a loss as I rely on this income!!
