Are these leaf springs toast?

Stock, original springs (as far as I know) on my 2015 TRD Sport are looking pretty saggy, but I don’t know much and see lots of conflicting things on the internet. I have a semi “lightweight“ camper set up (bout 500lbs) that I drive around with all summer, so my rear is sitting a bit lower than the fronts, understandably. shocks are newer bilstein 5100s.

I picked up my new ARE topper, does anyone have advice or tips on how to paint these bars black? I love the look of the topper on my truck but hate the silver bars.

Im excited to get my camping build out going, but might need to spend a weekend taking care of this first lol.
Are they coated aluminum? I have some painting experience but not with aluminum. I wasnt sure where else to ask!
