I’ve taken 15mg for 2 nights. I feel completely like a zombie with unshakable grogginess. I was also prescribed 37.5mg Effexor. This is all to help with anxiety. I am already wondering if I should stop taking this med as the grogginess/fog is unlike anything I’ve experienced. It feels like a bad high. Any words of encouragement or experience?

I’ve been taking 25mg Pristiq daily for 4 weeks for anxiety (no depression). It hasn’t helped me. My doctor is switching me from Pristiq to 37.5mg Effexor starting with tonight.

Has anyone else switched from Pristiq to Effexor and noticed improvements with anxiety? I have also been prescribed 15mg Remeron to help with sleep.

I’m nervous to get started and hoping to hear some positive stories about anxiety improvement.
