What is the actual damage bonus?

Ignoring the fact that the mere existence of this error should be enough for this community to stop defending the janitor with their lives, I want to know what the actual AA damage bonus from the Slapathur talent is, as it seems like even the person who implemented this patch cannot answer this question.
