Small fleet owner here, I park at this yard that’s about 95% Ukrainian and Uzbekistan most are medium sized fleets 10-20 trucks in the 5 years I have parked here most of these guys have switched out DOT numbers at least 4-5 times. how is this not a huge red flag to FMCSA.? It’s so crazy to me how they can just keep getting away with this stuff. I checked their safer score and every single one OOS for ELD tampering and no English. Also one of them on SAFER shows 5 trucks but has at least 15 and all of them working just how the hell is this possible.? And the car haulers will pull up drive the nice cars off the trailer and drive them around this can’t be legal.
