It’s a narration that I heard on YouTube, I believe it was from Mr Creeps, it was where the narration was a woman who lived in a strange apartment building, where weird occurrences occurred, for things like a strange woman, who I believe was in a cult and a neighbor who saved her from the woman at the end, he was some sort of shapeshifter. But in the story her boyfriend went into the basement of the building and was missing and throughout the story she was attempting to find him. It could potentially be based around the 70’s-80’s.Unfortunately everything I said may not be accurate, it’s just what I currently remember.
