Whats the best (and free?) way to replace the company logo in a A3 landscape PDF drawing?

I work for an engineering firm and used the wrong company logo in all drawings. Editing the drawing in the CAD software is a lengthy process since multiple drawings were exported as pdfs and merged together.

I have the correct logo png file as well.
