I am new to soulmask I picked up the base game last week and have really been enjoying it. I was looking at getting shifting sands but the steam reviews have given me pause.
Is it really that bad or are people just upset about the price?
I know it was free at launch are people upset about it not being free now?

I will admit I was a little bummed I couldn’t build a boat or airship in the base game, I did think that was a feature that was included in it.

My wife and I are working on getting our land ready for some goats. We wanted to have them for milk, and soap making. There is also a plan to integrate some of them into a petting zoo portion eventually. We have looked at Nubians, Nigerian dwarf, and Lamancha. We live in the Peidmont on NC so we want to make sure they can stand the heat.
We also were curious of the best place to get them? Is Craigslist a viable option or do we need to go to an auction?

We are in the process of setting up our homestead in the NC piedmont. At the moment we have some chickens and a few ducks, and we are looking to expand the chickens and eventually get into rabbits, goats, and alpacas. We also have a small garden.

I am mainly interested in good reference and educational books for keeping these animals but also how to be successful in a small agribusiness venture. We plan to sell mainly animal products and do agritourism and education.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
