He is actually unviable to play as unless you are sitting in the server room and your opponent is a new born, 3/4th of his moves are blockable, and the unblockable variants aren't even viable in neutral aside from second wind 1st part.
His parry mechanic is useless, like there is no reward for hitting a counter which has to shortest windup, and why does it go on cd after a melee attack, like you're genuinely better of blocking the opponents move.
His hitboxes are still janky as shit cause why is the dude getting out of my severing paths when a tile is missing on the floor, and second wind for some fuck ass reason ragdolls the opponent across the street 90% of the time.
Rika's moves dont block break either, the old haymaker was actually so good, cause it broke block and actually would knock the enemy closer, now it does slight damage, knocks the enemy further, and goes on cd for the next 3 months, and she still has a missing move.
a few solutions for the problems listed can be
make severing paths + second wind bypass block (i genuinely forgot this was a variant cause i don't use it myself and haven't seen other people use it, just cause it's so ass and removes the only good move for neutral)
slightly increase the windup for the parry and discharge a small ce blast for parrying melee moves with the current or old cd for parrying a melee move and for bullets to hit the person aimed at with parry
3)bring back old haymaker, or for the fun of it bring back rika grab in base for the 4th move
