Muscle movent and the sensory sensitivity

Does anyone else feel uncomfortable at times due to how their own or someone else's muscles move/work?

For me, once I notice it, the feeling of discomfort becomes unbrearable at times. It's really difficult not to pay attention to it once I become aware of it.

I'm wondering if anyone else feels the same way as well or if it's just me.

So I'm experiencing autistic burnout and my family doctor gave me just a week of medical leave, which has ended yesterday.

All I could really do during that leave was:

  • learning more about ND-related stuff;
  • playing video games;
  • listening to music;
  • watching YT content related to my current interests (astronomy, math, games, neurodiversity etc.).

Last day or two I was finally able to take care of my hygiene to some extend and do some minor house chores. I still tried to do as little tasks as I could in order to not overwork myself.

Yesterday my medical leave has ended and I decided to come back to work instead of extending that leave (which is probably the dumbest mistake I could make). After just few hours, I started feeling exhausted again and my whole body became sore. I couldn't really concentrate even on simple tasks. I decided to call my boss, apologized for the trouble and explained that I can't stay any longer at work due to this fatigue.

Tomorrow I'm planning to visit my family doctro once again and take another medical leave.

Should I ask my family doctor for a medical leave that would last up until that first psychiatric consultation (or even longer)? What am I supposed to do if my family doctor won't be willing to grant me a sick leave for such duration?
