Watched a you-tube video on cooking wings. The cook seasoned the chicken then put flour in the grease. The wings looked great. What and how did it happen? When can that technique be used?

How do you use whichever data you are getting to improve your sleep? I get the very basic data elements off the resmed 10; hours slept, AHI's, # of interruptions. I also track amount of fluids consumed in the evening to get control of number of interruptions (BPH).
So what data are you using and how are you using it?

We live on 17 acres located 15 miles from nowhere. We have two dogs, a 4yr old German Shepherd Australian Shepherd mix and a 2 yr German Shepherd Husky (we think-it's a rescue) mix. They are basically pets. We give them some light training. Their primary role is intended to be alert dogs.
How should I train them to enhance their alert abilities? What commands should I really focus on beyond the basic sit/come/stay/down/place commands?
