None of my promo codes are working for the footlong sub deals? Is there any fix and is this also happening to everyone else?

Why everytime I order on their mobile app it says location has been detected in an another country. Then when I order off the guest it’s fine and then I can log back in and order from there and it’s just so annoying. Especially if I need to order soon before it closes and I have to deal with that bs. And just on top of all that it doesn’t track my rewards I’ve been stuck at 50 like forever. Idek how to fix I have my location always on and deleted and re got the app multiple times. Has to be the most annoying mobile food app out there.
