First day of internship in casualty ward and already shocked

1st day of internship, having my night shift in casualty ward and I’ve seen it all in just few hours from R word, chichoriya ,”affair kar rahi andar male doc ke saath” and mind you that patient came just 20 mins ago and bol rahi thi she’s been waiting since 2 hrs. Ek toh pencho itne relatives aate hai. Genuinely felt sorry for that female resident. How will I want to treat those patients after hearing that? Idk how residents still treat them. Ik these things are normal but witnessed it live today AND IT WAS HORRIBLE.

Will I have to get used to this nuisance? Is it normal in US too?

Need an advice!(Shot on iPhone 11,17)

I’ve been getting into photography lately (just on my phone), and I genuinely can’t tell if I’m doing something right… or if I’m just lucky with good lighting, scenery, and a decent camera.
I feel it’s the second one but the first photo I’m attaching is way too good compared to what I usually take, which makes me question if it’s actually skill or just the moment.
I’ll also attach around 15–20 of my best shots for context.
Also,I’m not great at taking pictures of people yet I feel way more confident shooting nature.
Would really appreciate honest feedback from people who know photography:

Do these show any actual skill/composition sense?
Or is it mostly the subject + phone camera carrying me?
What should I focus on improving next?
I do know I’ve got a long way to go ,just trying to understand where I stand right now.

Edit: Just realized the quality and landscape photographs got uploaded way worse then I expected

Need advice from interns / anyone who has dealt with internship joining delays.

I’m going to Bhutan soon and will be returning on the 20th. My internship is supposed to start on the 18th. I’m worried if this overlap may create problems.
We haven’t received documents yet, and the process is expected to start from the 14th, so I’m unable to complete anything right now.

Has anyone faced a similar situation where travel dates clashed with internship start dates? Did colleges/hospitals allow late joining by a couple of days, or was it a serious issue?

What should I do right now? Should I inform the college in advance?

Would really appreciate advice from current or former interns.
