Mistakenly entered my name instead of my father's name in Accenture Form 26. Onboarding on July 10. What should I do?
Hi everyone,
I'm joining Accenture on July 10, and I'm really worried.
While filling Form 26, I accidentally entered my own name in the Father's Name field instead of my father's name. It was a genuine mistake.
The good thing is that all my other documents (PAN, Aadhaar, educational documents, etc.) have my father's name correctly, and this mistake is only in Form 26.
I emailed my Reporting Manager about the issue but haven't received a reply yet.
