Asbestos pipe

Hi, we had an asbestos waste pipe removed however the toilet pan connector still remains. I’m just wondering if this poses any risk to me and my family? Especially if the toilet is in use. I’m aware asbestos is fine if untouched and not damaged etc but does this look too exposed/crumbly?

Apologies for the dust, I’m too scared to go near it hahaha.

Thanks in advance for any advice :)

Old fireplace

Hi all. We’ve had confirmed asbestos in the house that has been removed however we are now querying the old fireplace (will get it tested but wanting peace of mind for now) could the dusty particles be asbestos? It’s an old terraced house and we have Victorian tiles etc. thanks in advance

Hi All, looking for some advice please.

We had our asbestos waste pipe removed yesterday (by a contractor with asbestos training but not asbestos certified, arranged by landlords)

I’ve noticed this leftover debris which is now worrying me. The rain has washed some of it away (upon research it says it doesn’t get rid of the fibres entirely) but some remains.

Should I be concerned, how would I remove the remainder and ensue it doesn’t pose a health risk to me and my children.

Thanks in advance!
