Tiny bugs in Rv

We are in an RV in Arizona. We’ve been seeing these bugs for a while. They don’t seem to be doing anything. They love this one specific window though. Our food is above it so we thought maybe they were in there but there was nothing we could find up there. You can see the number of them by this window but there’s none by the others.

900 to titled player?

How realistic of a goal is it to try to one day become a titled player as a 23 year old 900. I want to learn the game better and want to set a realistic goal to hopefully reach years down the road. Is even a CM or NM title realistically achievable for someone? Or should I settle for a lower goal?
