I have around 30k in trophies thinking that they’ll drop a player like past games. Anyone got an idea if they are? Debating if I should just rip the packs.

I don’t have an answer with this game anymore. It’s like I’m not allowed to play it and not one person from Ea help can give me a solution. I can’t get through a season ever. Either it’s choppy gameplay, lag outs, dashboarded, or even my entire Xbox just shuts off. I can’t just play the game, it’s like my account is marked, I have no other explanation. It isn’t just this game, but it was the past two years. I thought it was a console or network issue at first but it is only ever this game, every other game runs perfectly. I can even play on my buddies account and it runs fine. I can’t be the only one so that’s why I’m posting/venting. Please, any sort of help is appreciated. I’ve tried everything in the ea help website and even contacted support. Don’t know how else to fix it on my end.

For the past week, I have not been able to use my 96 ovr Polanco card in co-op. You’re able to select him but it doesn’t put him in the lineup anywhere. Is he not usable in co-op or is this a bug in the game?
