PAHT - Bambu vs Elegoo?
Hi! New to printing. I have a question for those that have experimented with PAHT. Bambu is $100 a KG while Elegoo is $40. I have done a print with both on my Bambu printer and both were great! I used the bambu PAHT profile instead of generic.
However with the price difference, I feel like there’s a catch but I’m not seeing it yet. I will be manufacturing large parts that will be load bearing. I want to order a bunch of Elegoo due to price, but don’t want to regret it later by finding out why it’s cheaper the hard way. I am a big believer in “you get what you pay for” but I see no issues with the 1KG I got from Elegoo. Thank you!!
(Ps I need the tool to handle shock loading, extreme weather in various areas across the US, and load bearing. So this is why I have concluded PAHT due to : high heat, pliable, strength, and low moisture after printing. The tools will be bulky with no fine details)
