Not at fault no car insurance one witness
I hired 3 lawyers n they all drop my case due to not having car insurance, I was driving my dad car n he didn’t inform me that he didn’t have car insurance and someone sideswiped me the police report believe the other driver and put that it i was my fault on the police report and it was not my fault 💯. I had one witness he agree to help me out first two lawyers didn’t call the witness . By the time I had my 3rd lawyer the witness was finally reach out n witness didn’t respond . I call witness n witness. Stated he doesn’t want to be part of this n also said it been 6 month n he doesn’t remember . The day after the accident I recording my phone call to the witness n he stated what he saw, that recording was set out to the other driver insurance and they denied saying They need it from directly from the witness . Idk what to do cuz the witness I have doesn’t want to help n the recording doesn’t count . Im not able to work my spine has been mess up due to the accident n im depressed cuz no one can help me 😭. Im not gonna pay for a accident i didnt cause ! Please someone help me send me some good lawyer that will help me out or some advice.
