Hi everyone,

i wanted to have your opinion about my case (i have booked an appoitment with a lawyer as well)

so I applied in LRA München September 2025 via post, i got the Aktenzeichen within 3 workdays stating that it takes about 12 to 18 monthes

i kept sending my payslips and Arbeitgeberbescheinigung, no answer. untill recently with the last payslip and Arbeitgeberbescheinigung, i asked about the progress of my application and they answerd within 1 day saying that again, it takes 12 to 18 monthes and that they will get back at me, as soon as it is my turn for your application to be processed further.

would an Untätigkeitsklage be worth it in this case? they are actually responsive

my concern is that it's been 10 monthes and they didn't get in touch. my workplace is extremly toxic and i wanna change ASAP, hence the idea of filling an Untätigkeitsklage.

(i also applied for NE and got it granted, waiting to collect my card)

i would appreciate your opinion or input

hello everyone,

as mentionned, i got my PR application approuved under the 21 monthes blue card holder path (been in germany since 11 years, payed into pension since i was a student and has both Bsc and Msc from a german university)

what was strange is that during my appointment for bimoteric data, the case worker there handed me paper that i signed stating that, 6 monthes after collecting my NE-Card, if i change work or adress, I need to inform them
i was so pissed off, i never heard of such conditions that they track your situation after handing in the NE-Card.

the case worker didn't give me a copy so i don't exactly know what's written there

anyone went into a similar situation or has more infos about this?

Hi,

so i applied per Email end of April and got the Termineinladung in early June and had my appointment last week, it was pretty smooth. I already got my PIN and that I'll be notified when my card is ready for pick up

the only thing that annoyed me is that they told me, in the next 6 monthes following my card pick up date, in case something changes regarding my job or Unterkunft, I need to inform them, and i signed a paper saying so. Kinda feels like a probezeit for NE

i wanted to ask whether it is the standard procedure or just in my case?

background: applied after 21 monthes Blue Card, studied bachelor and Master in germany

i would appreciate any infos regarding this specific point
