Am dropping one for streaming. Standard settings 8 team. I think when Alleman comes back Rice will see fewer minutes. And even when Z comes back I am not sure it will impact Jaquez. Thoughts?

How soon after the draft are you able to move injured players to IR? Or does it depend on when their team officially designated them?
First time playing any fantasy basketball, have played lots of football and baseball.
Do you try to take a F/C or G first, or best available? Is there any positional scarcity that would affect your draft order? Seems like they are more good guards at the end than F/C but idk if that's accurate.
How many positions do you allocate for streaming?
