Now that the dust is starting to settle on our elimination yesterday… I wanna see what others think about particular injuries and players, our semi finals performance, the off season, and most of all what’s next for the Aces?

1. NaLyssa Smith
   We missed her presence sooo badly bro. If her importance wasn’t clear before, it’s damn clear now! She has really shined since joining us and I look forward to her getting healthy and us getting her back. I’m hoping she comes back from injury 100%, anyone think she might not come back to her former form? Think she’d be ready by start of next season?

2. Jewel Lloyd
   Now this one’s tricky… I’ve been critical of her this season in particular but the semifinals game she was out, holy fuck did we need her bad. I know opinions on Lloyd vary, what do yall think? Not enough production for her contract? We need shootahs though, think she can give us more? We need a killa off the bench and I guess I don’t fully understand what her situation is? She doesn’t want to start? Is it confidence? Pressure? Mental? Physical? Idk man, she use to start and lead the league in scoring in 2023 for fucks sake! What gives?

3. Jackie Young
   Lemme be clear, I love me some Jack and I feel like she was on absolute FIRE after the FIBA cup… wtf happened?? Was it the defensive scheme on her? Nagging injury or just fatigue? I’m not sure

4. The bench…
   Man what’s yalls thoughts? I think we got too many roster spots filled with players who ain’t touching the floor in any meaningful way… I’ll say Talbot grew on me, feel like she came back from FIBA energized

5. The GOAT
   Confirmed. MV’P 5. Nuff said.

6. The semifinals…
   I’m not really sure what to say, kinda felt like we relied too heavily on our big 3, Jackie cooled off at the worst time, and our bench ain’t play 20 mins all damn year! Think we just ran outta gas? Don’t think we could have banged with a rested Dream team either. What y’all think?

7. I’m salty bout the semi’s…
   I’m still salty (I fw the Valks so I feel extra conflicted.. salty af with them rn though lmao)

8. Off season moves
   The only silver lining to this loss and the nature of the loss… I think we gonna see some big moves, what yall thinking? We need some damn height. Idk who’s actually available. Here’s my hopeless wishlist: Janelle Salaun lol

9. Vent
   Let it out yall, this sucks so bad :,( but I’m trying to be positive haha. Bro I ain’t speak the rest of the night fr lmao
