Should i keep Totem (it’s the first one i get since beginning so i dont think i can reroll on the other gear) or 100 power?

I’m planning on going full Mecha in 3 days. Would you recommand full dps stage or adding a archer pen % ?

I will not complain but how is this possible? Max is at 12.5% and I got 14.5%?
