How the heck do I open this sample??
I feel like and idiot but I'm hoping someone else received this sample and can tell me how to open it. I've twisted, turned, tried to pull up the applicator, tried to puncture it (it feels literally like metal).
Not sure i could have taken worse photos, sorry.

I have the worst time trying to seal my lashes. I switch it up from wispy to volume. My issue is I cant get the entire eyeline when sealing without getting it on the middle of the lashes, thus, fusing them together.
I've been putting a pinch on the end of my tweezer, then making a huge effort to get to just them, then putting sealant on the entire tweezer and trying to get the rest. The curvature of the applicator just doesn't agree.
