I dread to write this post but I’m just frustrated and wanted to vent. For context, I did 2 internships with Tesla and was looking for full-time roles and had 3 different Panel Interviews. (The concept of having to do panels as an intern baffles me, let alone 3!!)

I ended up not getting an offer from any of them. I thought about my interviews a lot and maybe I could’ve messed up one in 5 rounds, but i think it’s human when I’m being sat there interviewed for 3.5 hours for a new grad role, and the fact that I’ve been there as an intern and they’re not able to take a bet that I can learn quickly irks me! I even asked for feedback for which I got ghosted.

Just overall a shitshow on how to run a company and honestly they don’t care an ounce!!
