Pls help me and read everyone help me

I hope you can read my entire story, please. I would really appreciate it if no one ignores any part of it. If anyone has any information that could help me, please share it, because the doctors where I live have very limited resources and expertise.

I have had celiac disease for two years, along with longstanding bowel problems. I follow a very strict diet, and my health was actually very good.

However, last year I developed a problem with a coating on my tongue and very bad breath, which really affected me. I started doing everything I could to get rid of it. After doing a lot of research, I thought I might have SIBO or Candida, so I decided to try a protocol consisting of oregano oil, berberine, betaine HCl, digestive enzymes, zinc, and some other supplements I had bought.

I only took them for about one week because I couldn't continue. During that time, I became extremely yellow, started having very bad-smelling burps that smelled like rotten eggs, and all of my symptoms became much worse. Before this, I had actually been doing relatively well while following my celiac diet.

So I went to get liver tests because the yellowing was very noticeable. I became very pale, my face looked completely drained, and my digestion became much worse.

I had liver blood tests, including ALT, AST, GGT, alkaline phosphatase, and bilirubin. All of them were significantly elevated.

I then stopped eating eggs. Before this, I had been eating around 10 eggs without any problems. I also reduced my fat intake.

After about one month, my liver enzymes went down significantly, and the yellowing improved by about 97%.

However, whenever I start eating eggs again, the yellowing comes back, my bilirubin rises, my digestion becomes much worse, and I feel extremely tired and weak.

I have now been dealing with this situation for about six months, and it has really taken a toll on my life.

I also had an abdominal ultrasound, and everything appeared to be normal.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has any useful information about what could be causing this, I would really appreciate your help.

I think i am cured and i don't know

Yesterday, something happened that really confused me.

My mom, my brother, and my friend have always told me that they don’t smell any bad breath from me. Yesterday, I even breathed directly into their noses, and they couldn’t smell anything at all. My nephew also told me it was completely fine — literally zero smell.

What confuses me is that my brother previously told me that sometimes he could smell an odor from my mouth, sometimes strong and sometimes very mild. But yesterday he said there was absolutely nothing.

And honestly, yesterday I also felt like I had no bad breath at all.

However, when I lick my wrist and smell it, I can still notice an unpleasant smell. My tongue also has a coating, and I have a very strong bitter taste in my mouth.

I’m really confused because I’ve been struggling with this for a long time. Could the wrist-lick test be misleading? And could the tongue coating or bitter taste be making me think I have bad breath when other people actually can’t smell it?

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Update 1

I’ve been struggling with chronic bad breath for a long time, and I’ve recently noticed something interesting.

Over the past few days, I started riding my bicycle a lot, especially after meals. I spend a large part of the day cycling and walking around.

I noticed that my bad breath has improved by around 50%, and my bloating has also decreased significantly.

This makes me wonder if my bad breath could be related to my digestion or gut motility. I’ve also had issues with constipation, incomplete bowel movements, bloating, and digestive discomfort.

I already take 1,000 mg of ginger daily, so I don’t think the improvement is simply from ginger.

Has anyone here experienced something similar? Could improving gut motility or digestion reduce bad breath? And if so, what treatments or medications helped you?

I’m interested in hearing from people who have actually experienced this, especially if their bad breath improved after treating constipation, slow motility, or other digestive issues.

Please help me figure out the source of my chronic bad breath

have had celiac disease since 2024, and I follow a very strict gluten-free diet with absolutely no cheating. However, I have a history of digestive and intestinal problems.

My bad breath actually started about six months before I was diagnosed with celiac disease. During that period, I had a lot of gas, abdominal pain, severe bloating, diarrhea, and many other digestive symptoms. After I was diagnosed with celiac disease and started a strict gluten-free diet, those symptoms improved by about 99%. I don't remember having bad breath during that period. I went through about four months of following the diet normally and feeling great, and I even started gaining weight again.

Then, about a month later, I remember having a tooth extracted and taking antibiotics for one week. I don't remember whether the bad breath started immediately after the antibiotics, but about three months later, my bad breath became present most of the time. At first, it wasn't extremely strong, but my tongue became completely white, and the coating is still there to this day.

My current symptoms:

Poor digestion

Food appearing undigested in my stool

Yellow stool, which I've had for years

Constant bloating that has not gone away for about two years

I always have mucus/phlegm, and I often feel a tingling, irritation, or pain in my throat

Fatty foods make my bad breath dramatically worse

Carbohydrates seem to ferment in my stomach/intestines and cause a lot of bloating and gas, especially foods like potatoes and corn

My tongue is constantly covered with a thick white coating

I've been on a very strict diet for about a year, with no artificial or natural sugar, and I've also tried a low-FODMAP diet, but nothing has helped the bloating or the bad breath.

I tried probiotics, but they actually made my symptoms worse.

I also tried a keto/zero-carb diet. After about a month, my bad breath became absolutely terrible and my bloating became even worse.

I then tried a protocol including oregano oil, berberine, betaine HCl, digestive enzymes, ginger, and other supplements. I only did it for about one week, but during that time my liver enzymes became elevated and my condition got worse, so I stopped.

Please help me. I feel like I'm stuck in a terrible cycle and I don't know what the actual cause of my bad breath is anymore.

One more thing: I believe I have low stomach acid. Apple cider vinegar seems to help my bad breath slightly
