As a member, I'm frustrated that I went straight to the app and regal site for it to not be working. Fandango at least has a functioning queue....

Edit 6:45 PM: Just purchased two tickets to my closest regal insider screening in Westchester NY. Another 10+ users shared that they were able to around 6 PM EST. Seems like tech issues are being resolved on a case by case basis. This process was way too painful..
