I am a Tunisian student who previously held a German Type D student visa. My visa has now expired, but I currently have a **valid Fiktionsbescheinigung under §81 Abs. 4**, valid until October.
I have:
Completed a German language course in Germany
A university admission (Zulassung) for October
An ongoing residence process in Germany (Aachen)
I plan to travel from a non-Schengen country → Brussels → then continue to Germany.
At Brussels airport, a border officer told me that I “cannot enter with this document” and that it is only valid in Germany.
I am now confused about my situation and would like clarification:
Is entry into Schengen via Brussels possible with a Fiktionsbescheinigung?
Is there a real risk of refusal even if the document is valid?
Is entering directly through Germany the safer option?

Hi everyone,
I recently got targeted by a sextortion scam and I’m feeling really anxious about it.
I was contacted online and unfortunately ended up sharing something I shouldn’t have. After that, the person immediately started blackmailing me and threatened to send it to my friends/family unless I paid.
I didn’t pay anything. I blocked him on everything right away and locked down my social media accounts (especially Facebook where my friends list was visible). It’s been a few hours now and I haven’t received any further messages.
I’m still really stressed and overthinking what could happen. I’ve read a lot of posts here, some say scammers usually don’t follow through, others say they sometimes do.
I’ve already taken steps like blocking, tightening privacy settings, and I’m considering reporting it and using STOPNCII.
I guess I’m just looking for reassurance from people who went through this:
Did anything actually happen after you blocked them?
How long did it take before you knew you were safe?
