Coordination opportunity NYC August 21-22, 2026 (URGENT)
Our Coordinator/Day-Of Support resource has experienced an emergency and is now not available to support our events on Friday August 21 (rehearsal/welcome dinner) and Saturday August 22 (bride prep on UWS, church wedding on UES and reception at the Bowery Hotel). We are looking for an experienced emergency resource with availability starting now (to orient, confirm vendors, finalize timeline, etc.) through our dates above. Typical support requirements including dropping hotel welcome bags at 4 locations, vendor reachouts for confirmation/coordination, transportation coordination, in person support at all events). Prefer an experienced coordinator who is familiar with The Bowery Hotel venue. Compensation offered $4,000 all in. Will require immediate attention and commitment.
